		BURNING IS PERMITTED EACH DAY SUNRISE TO 2:00PM BURN PERMITS EXPIRE MAY 20, 2012 OR AT THE DISCRETION OF THE FIRE CHIEF If you have any questions regarding burning regulations contact Fire Prevention Bureau - 246-6300 Central Lyon County Fire District Office - 246-6209 Per Nevada Administrative Code NCA 477, Any person who violates the terms or conditions of this Permit shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be cited as such. The expense of responses to and suppression of any emergency incident that is the result of a violation of this Permit may be charged to the Responsible Party whose violation caused the response of equipment and personnel.
