Commercial Construction
REQUIREMENT:
Commercial Plan Review and Permitting is required for all commercial projects within the Central Lyon County Fire jurisdiction:
- Mound House
- Silver City
- Dayton
- Stagecoach
- Silver Springs
Commercial Plan Review and Permitting includes but is not limited to:
- Commercial Buildings
- Commercial Tenant Improvements
- Fire Alarms
- Fire Sprinklers
- CO2 Detection Systems
PLAN REVIEW PROCESS:
STEP 1 - Complete the Plan Review Application Form:
STEP 2 - Submit all commerical plan review documents including your application to:
STEP 3 - A plan reviewer will verify the review fees and send you an invoice via email. (The invoice will come from Clover).
STEP 4 - Once fees are paid your project will be added to our review queue. Please note that reviews may take up to 21 days to complete (not including busy seasons or plans returned for corrections).
