Residential Construction

REQUIREMENT:

Residential Plan Review and Permitting is required for all residential projects greater than 200 square feet within the Central Lyon County Fire jurisdiction:

  • Mound House
  • Silver City
  • Dayton
  • Stagecoach 
  • Silver Springs

Residential Plan Review and Permitting includes but is not limited to: 

  • New stick built and modular homes
  • Sheds, carports and accessory buildings
  • Patio covers
  • Residential fire sprinkler systems
  • Subdivision civil improvements

 

PLAN REVIEW PROCESS:

STEP 1 - Complete the Plan Review Application Form:

STEP 2 - Submit all commerical plan review documents including your application to:

plans@centralfirenv.org

STEP 3 - A plan reviewer will verify the review fees and send you an invoice via email. (The invoice will come from Clover). 

STEP 4 - Once fees are paid your project will be added to our review queue. Please note that reviews may take up to 21 days to complete (not including busy seasons or plans returned for corrections).
